THE FINAL SOLUTION
The Nazi’s designed kill centers to execute the “Final Solution to the Jewish Question.” The “Final Solution of the Jewish Question” was the last stage of the Holocaust and lasted from 1941 to 1945.2 The Nazi’s conducted mass shootings and used poison gas operations to “exterminate” the Jewish population. The mass shooting were horrific massacres that occurred in towns, villages, and cities.2 Jewish civilians were forced to dig mass graves on the outskirts of town prior to being shot.2 The mobile gas vans would suffocate victims.2
Kill centers are known as extermination camps and death camps. They were built with gas chambers and crematoriums to murder a massive number of Jews at one time.2 Auschwitz was the largest and most deadly of the camps. Nazi’s built gas chambers disguised as showers.1 At the kill centers, the Nazi party killed massive number of Jews in the gas chambers or in an organized mass shooting.3 To arrive at the kill center, Jews deported on trains and walked in death marches. Deportations were inhumane as the Nazi’s deprived Jews and others from food, water, heat, and the bathroom.3
